From the very beginning, the Master Plan called for The Nest to be in harmony with the environment. Our visionary design keeps the neighbourhood natural, respecting environmentally-protected lands while adding eco-friendly walking trails meandering along the perimeter for all to enjoy. This is a private community, with private infrastructure and maintenance. You fully own your home, and your lot. Only the roads and parks are condo so fees are minimal, about $200 a month.

Here at The Nest, our local playground and sport court are where the neighbourhood comes together. Shoot some hoops. Serve an ace on the pickle ball court. Lace up your hockey skates in our warming shack for a game of shinny. Or just relax on a bench while the kids let their imaginations run wild.

When you live at The Nest, the trails start right at your front door. We’re even building new private trails throughout the neighbourhood that link to the incredible Seguin Trail System that’s part of the Trans Canada Trail. And our local Park to Park Trail will take you 230 km from Killbear Provincial Park to the west or east as far as Algonquin Provincial Park.

This was the wellspring that made possible our vision for The Nest.
